Join Cobra Convergence V!

Cobra Convergence is an event for ALL G.I. Joe fans! We want YOU to be part of Cobra Convergence v! Here’s how:

Create a Cobra-related work.
Publish it on the internet in the month of August.
Send an email to Cobraconvergence@gmail.com with the following:
- “CCV” in the subject line
- In the body of the email, a link to the work, and the name by which you want to be credited.

If you share your creation on social media, please tag it with #CCV and/or #CobraConvergenceV.

If you run a website, YouTube channel, podcast, blog, or have any other web presence, we ask you to change the primary color of your logo or backgrund to BLUE for the month of August! This is not a requirement to participate, but it is a great way to spread the support!

Each Monday in August, a promotional video will be posted on the Hooded Cobra Commander YouTube Channel. The video will include clips and images from the links submitted.

By submitting a link in the above manner, you are certifying that you own the material at the link provided, and you give purposes described on this page. Additionally, there may be a video that collects all previous videos into one compilation. You also agree to allow your submission to be used for that purpose, if such a video is made.

The promotional videos will use a music track. It will not include any audio from the original submissions. This is done to avoid any possibility of those clips having copyrighted sound or misc that could get the promotional video flagged. Submissions which are audio-only (such as podcasts) will use a logo or other related image (such as a screen capture from your podcast page.

The promotional video is the final product. It will not be re-edited or updated if any participant doesn’t like the result or would prefer a different presentation of their material.

Each week’s entry must be received by Sunday at 5:00 P.M. U.S. Central time to be added to the Monday video. Any entries received later than that will have to wait until the following week. The first Monday in August 3rd. If I receive any entries from the first two day s of the event, I will make a video on that Monday. If not, the first video will be August 10.

Since the final promotional video will be Monday, August 31, the last possible day to send an entry is Sunday, August 30th at 9:00 AM. U.S. Central Time. Any entries received after that cannot be used.

Any entries deemed to have content that is pornographic or hateful toward any group or person will not be used. Future entries by anyone submitting such material will not be considered for future promotions.
