HCC788, AKA HoodedCobraCommander788, takes his name from the mail-away Cobra Commander offer from 1984, and the numbers on the side of the H.I.S.S. tank. He was an avid collector of G.I. Joe toys as a child, and began collecting G.I. Joe toys as an adult in 2014.
The HCC788 YouTube channel is dedicated to reviewing every vintage U.S.-released G.I. Joe item in the vintage line (1982-1994). We still have a long way to go, but you can check our progress each week!
